Karsten is one of the best managers I’ve ever had. He knows how to motivate while also giving the space to think through problems on your own. He gives solid feedback to ensure the work is top notch while still letting the designer own their work. I was able to learn a lot not only in terms of design, but the way Karsten manages the design process across the product org.
He clearly cares about the goals of each designer on the team and is a valuable resource for working through design and career challenges. Overall, Karsten is great at helping designers grow and creating a strong, productive team.
